What's a good digital camera with a fisheye that can shoot both pictures & videos to get?

I really want to get a fisheye camera that can shoot both pictures & videos. However I don't exactly have the budget to buy an expensive SLR + a fisheye lens. So I was wondering if there's a cheaper camera option out there.

Answer
There really are NO "fisheye" cameras but for the LOMO fisheye versions of that toy camera and obviously, being a film camera, it cannot capture digital images nor can it shoot video.

P&S cameras do NOT come with fisheye lenses, nor can any add-on fisheye lens be purchased for them.

That means you will have to buy an entry level dSLR that has a video feature (like the Nikon D3100 - $700 and 10.5 mm fisheye - $775 / Tokina 10-17 mm fisheye zoom - $600 or Canon 500D/T1i - $750 and generic fisheye zoom - Tokina 10-17 mm fisheye zoom - $600)

As you can see, you will need to start saving your pennies to get what you want.

What photo filter was used in this video?

What type of filter for an SLR lens would give me the same effect? I know this was shot with a Canon SLR, but what filters may have been used? Or if possible, what filter WAS used in this video? I like the muted effect and how the sky is a creamy yellow.

Answer
Simply over exposed outside the car (the person driving was properly exposed, when was the last time the inside of a car was the same brightness of broad daylight?) and the white balance was off a bit.

No filters needed.

If you have a Canon dSLR and can shoot RAW then you can do this in Canon's DPP.
Select Color Temperature for white balance and dial in the color that you're after.
